Information we collect and receive
When registering to an Account in Pluckd, Users provide their name, email and password. Users granted access to an Account routinely submit User data to Pluckd when using the Site.
To create or update a Pluckd account, you or a member of your team (e.g., your employer) supply Pluckd with an email address, password, company address and website. In addition, Accounts with a paid subscription provide our third-party payment processors with billing details such as credit card information, as explained in more detail in the "Third-Party Payment Processor" section below.

As with most websites and technology services delivered over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our Site and record it in log files. This log data may include the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the address of the web page visited before using the Website or Services, browser type, and settings, the date and time the Services were used, information about browser configuration and plugins, language preferences and cookie data.

Customer and User Data will be used by Pluckd in accordance with Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in our Terms and Conditions and Customer’s use of the Site functionality, and as required by applicable law. Pluckd is a processor of Customer and User Data and the Customer is the controller. The Customer may, for example, use the Site to grant and remove User access to an Account, assign roles and configure settings, access, modify and remove User Data.
Pluckd may use User Data in order to contact its Users. We may send you service, technical, and other administrative emails, messages, and other types of communications. We may also contact you to inform you about changes in our Terms and Conditions, our Site offerings, and important notices, such as security and fraud notices. These communications are considered part of the services and you may not opt-out of them.
We may contact you, by email or other means as you have indicated, to send you information about our products and services, including updates, enhancements, or other related information or to communicate with you about your use of our Website. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please indicate your preference within the settings page at https://app.pluckd.co/settings.
Pluckd uses Usage Information in furtherance of our legitimate interests in operating our Site and business:

- To investigate and help prevent security issues and abuse.
If you contact us, Pluckd uses Additional Information to to communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions.
Pluckd will retain Customer Data in accordance with a Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law.
The User may choose to delete their User Data. This will remove their access to the Account as well as deleting all related User Data.
The Customer may choose to delete the Account. This will delete all Customer Data not associated with billing, result in the deletion of all associated User Data and the de-identification of certain associated Usage Information.
Pluckd may retain Customer Data pertaining to billing for as long as necessary in order to conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Information to others.
