This Privacy Policy describes how Pluckd collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.pluckd.co website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Pluckd. When we refer to "Pluckd", we mean the Pluckd entity that acts as the controller or processor of your information. Information We Collect And Receive

User data

When registering to an Account in Pluckd, Users provide their name, email and password. Users granted access to an Account routinely submit User data to Pluckd when using the Site.

Customer data

To create or update a Pluckd account, you or a member of your team (e.g., your employer) supply Pluckd with an email address, password, company address and website. In addition, Accounts with a paid subscription provide our third-party payment processors with billing details such as credit card information, as explained in more detail in the "Third-Party Payment Processor" section below.

Usage Information

  1. Log data

    As with most websites and technology services delivered over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our Site and record it in log files. This log data may include the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the address of the web page visited before using the Website or Services, browser type and settings, the date and time the Services were used, information about browser configuration and plugins, language preferences and cookie data.

Customer and User Data will be used by Pluckd in accordance with Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in our Terms and Conditions and Customer’s use of the Site functionality, and as required by applicable law. Pluckd is a processor of Customer and User Data and Customer is the controller. The Customer may, for example, use the Site to grant and remove User access to an Account, assign roles and configure settings, access, modify and remove User Data.

Pluckd may use User Data in order to contact its Users. We may send you service, technical and other administrative emails, messages, and other types of communications. We may also contact you to inform you about changes in our Terms and Conditions, our Site offerings, and important notices, such as security and fraud notices. These communications are considered part of the services and you may not opt out of them.

Pluckd uses Usage Information in furtherance of our legitimate interests in operating our Site and business:

  • To investigate and help prevent security issues and abuse.

If you contact us, Pluckd uses Additional Information to to communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions.

Data Retention

Pluckd will retain Customer Data in accordance with a Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law.

The User may choose to delete their User Data. This will remove their access to the Account as well as deleting all related User Data.

The Customer may choose to delete the Account. This will delete all Customer Data not associated with billing, result in the deletion of all associated User Data and the de-identification of certain associated Usage Information.

Pluckd may retain Customer Data pertaining to billing for as long as necessary in order to conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Sharing collected information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Information to others.

We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as:

Third-Party Payment Processor

We use a third party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Our Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.

Pluckd may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Laws, regulations, and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or we may make changes to our services or business. We will post the changes to this page and encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to stay informed. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, Pluckd will provide additional notice, such as via email or through the Site. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

If you disagree with the changes to this Privacy Policy, you should deactivate your User account or request the Customer to do it for you. Contact the Customer if you wish to request the removal of Personal Data under their control.
